Just Smile

Flashback to the Michael Jackson Memorial, Jermaine Jackson is performing "Smile":

The lyrics state - "Smile..Though Your Heart Is Aching..."

Note, Conrad Murray is "All Smiles"...

The lyrics continue: "Smile...Even Tho' It's Breaking..."
We did receive "heartbreaking" news on January 20th..,

The "smile" theme actually began January 19th with the Jason Malachi "hacker" on the website jasonmaluchi.us.  Note that the only items remaining from his website are his "help" message and a link to access none other than "smileys":
How coincidental.....

Well, all of this investigation makes one rather thirsty..think I'll have a Coke.  Speaking of Coke, remember these images?
When you think of them, just..smile...

A "Green" Day

It's always interesting when one of Conrad Murray's patients comes out of the woodwork to lend a comment about their experiences with the doctor.

This time we have a patient named "Robert Day":

Knowing that names of people in this investigation have provided some interesting coincidences, I did some research on "Robert Day".

Turns out there was a "Robert Day" who was a movie director. Not only a movie director, but one of his films was entitled "The Green Man":

Information can be found in the IMDB here -http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0050456/

Hhmm..remember our "Green Man"?

UPDATE: An anonymous reader sent another connection!

When looking at the plot for "The Green Man", we see that one of the main characters is William Blake. William Blake ultimately saves the main character from an assasination attempt:

The name "William Blake" recalls another place where we have seen this name, in it's nickname form, "Bill Blake". Let us reflect back to the mysterious tombstone that was in the Thriller short film in This Is It:

The tombstone reads Bill Blake, which would be a nickname version of William Blake.  (Hmm..we've had some discussions of nicknames versus full names before... ).  Could this name be inspired by the character in "The Green Man"?

The eerie coincidences continue......

Robert Day also directed a film entitled, "Corridors of Blood". The main character develops an addiction to surgical anesthetics!
Information on this film can be found here:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0051542/

Thank you @annabel_lee_h for that discovery!

But a blog reader "Sarah" noticed a few interesting character names in the film. Let's look at the cast!

We have a "Resurrection Joe", and even more curious, a "Mr. Blount".  A paramedic with the last name "Blount" testified at the preliminary hearing.  Small world!!

As a side piece of trivia, an actor named Robert Day played a part in the 1980 film, "The Elephant Man".

Make no bones about it, it must also be a silly coincidence... :)

Thanks to all who have found interesting Robert Day connections such as @annabel_lee_h and @Nitrogen_ .

Gospel

This blog for a long time has had two main components, which most people would say are completely unrelated - an "investigation" site paired with writing and poems. They had lived side by side in their own "worlds".

Until now.

For the first time I am combining some original quotes to an "investigative" video. But even that is not the most interesting aspect of this video.

On this site, over the months, I have pointed out the oddities of various TMZ articles, but at the same time, over time have kept notice of an interesting trend; a coincidence that continually occurred but I had never reported on.

Until now.

I noticed that events, and even exact words in TMZ articles mirrored phrases in the bible, with the numbers of the passages matching exactly to the dates the articles were posted.

Whether or not you believe TMZ is relevant to the investigation won't matter; the eerie coincidencies at minimum may blow you away to at least realize that life can be stranger than fiction.

So sit back, relax, and enjoy this mini-adventure....

Dr. Murray, Streetwalker

X17online.com captured video of Dr. Murray pushing his child in a stroller on 9/20.

Interesting note: Someone on the street shouts, "We were just in a movie!" at approximately the 54 second mark, as Dr. Murray walks on by.

Joe Jackson's Message To Fans

For those who are unable to view this via Twitter, below is the verbiage from a letter that Joe Jackson and Mr. Magestik Magnificent wrote to the fans who will be attending Conrad Murray's courthouse hearing on June 14th (click to enlarge):

The verbiage was released to MJJCommunity.com today (May 11th). I have put it into a nice letter format for the visuals.

UPDATE 5/12 :
Looks like TMZ is watching this blog (or my Twitter) as they posted this version of the letter in their article on 5/12. They make it seem like it was the original Joe Jackson letter, when in actuality I copied the verbiage from MJJCommunity.com and created the image with the nice font, for purposes of posting on Twitter and the blog. In any event, for TMZ to obtain it they would have either have to have seen this blog or my Twitpic with the file. Gotta love TMZ! (Hi, there!!)

"L.A.P.D". - Los Angeles Police Dummy?

This one posting by TMZ has bothered me for quite some time, so I decided to finally post about it to see what everyone thinks.

Back in February, TMZ photographed an "officer" who was sitting in a car near Dr. Murray's girlfriend's residence.
They said the officer didn't say much. Here is the article:

The "officer" looks very plastic-like, and is just blankly staring. So I decided to zoom in a bit. Here is his face:

Look at the hard ridges under his eyes, and above the cheek bone. The hair is also odd, and the mouth doesn't appear like it could open.
I also zoomed in on the left arm, which also looked odd:
Doesn't it bend in an odd way? The shape is odd - a little too thin and curved. The watch seems too high up near the hand. Also the whole arm has a plastic look to it.

What do you think? And if it is really a dummy they have photographed, what are they trying to say? Why would a real police officer, who is trying to be discreet, sit so still while photographers were taking photos of him and the contents of his police car?

While pondering that, check out this interesting video:

Timeline: Oxman Knew About MJ Before 911 Or Murray?

It has been stated that 911 was called from Michael Jackson's home at 12:21pm on June 25th.

Apparently now, there have been multiple phone conversations going on simultaneously right "before noon".

Take for example the revelation that Dr. Murray contacted a patient regarding test results at 11:54am. This is allegedly documented in phone records. How could Murray calmly make such a call if MJ was immediately in distress after receiving Propofol at 10:50am? Ed Chernoff, Conrad Murray's lawyer, says that Murray's recollection of the timeline was a "mistake", and everyone makes them.

But you could say, well, perhaps Murray found him at 11:55, which would still make it "before noon". Unless he was performing CPR while making additional calls this does not make sense, as he finished his final call at 12:13pm:

Here is video of Brian Oxman saying that he received a call from Randy's assistant (Randy Phillips or Randy Jackson??) that MJ was already taken "from the hospital" at some point "before noon":
(embedding was disabled on video so click YouTube link after hitting "play").

Even if this is a Jermaine style slip up and he meant taking MJ "from the HOUSE", how could he have left the house before noon before 911 was even contacted, or before Murray even realized MJ was in distress?

Special thanks to 77_Sunrise_77 who had sent me the Oxman video link.

"Connect The Dots, Fool!"

Could this be what they are telling us? On March 4th, TMZ posted an article containing Jermaine's response to the stun gun incident, and the title was, "Connect The Dots". At the time, it was somewhat of an odd title for the post.

And before then, back in October 2009, TMZ posted an article about a letter that Arnold Schwarzenegger sent to the California State Assembly, after being heckled at an event. A not-so-nice message goes down the side of the letter - Arnold's rep said it was "just a coincidence":

So that takes us to more recent news. On 3/28, News of The World posts an article about how MJ was almost "brought back from the dead": http://www.newsoftheworld.co.uk/news/765565/Docs-got-brief-heartbeat-1hr-after-superstar-collapsed.html

In the article, with points bulleted with large DOTS, it states that documents revealed Dr. Murray:

If you "Connect The Dots", it spells out the word "FOOL". Prop, Fool anyone? (I mean..Propofol...)

Special thanks to a reader, "Bernadette" who suggested this topic.

Was Michael Jackson Officially Conrad Murray's Patient?

According to Ed Chernoff, the answer would have to be "no". He is calling the restriction of Conrad Murray's license in California to be "disingenious" because Murray does 'not have an office AND HAS SEEN NO PATIENTS there."

The below article was just released on RadarOnline:
http://www.radaronline.com/exclusives/2010/03/exclusive-move-pull-dr-conrad-murrays-medicine-license-called-disingenuous

So in order to have your license taken away, you need to have a physical office in the state? With that said, then how did he obtain the California license in the first place?

And if he has treated no patients in California, what was his relationship to Michael Jackson then? It would certainly be a physician role if he was able to overrule the paramedics that arrived at the home. Does the fact that Murray and AEG never executed a contract mean that MJ is not officially a patient, even though he was treated by a licensed physician? And Murray can legally practice by going to people's homes in California as that is the loophole that ensures your license isn't taken away?

An even more curious aspect of this is the letter that Conrad Murray wrote to his patients on 6/15/09, which states that we will not be practicing medicine:

Murray was to manage his affairs from a distance but assured his patients that he would "come back"...

The Court Of Last Resort- The Conrad Murray Case

Okay, here is where the weird gets a whole lot weirder.

There is an old TV show by the name of "The Court Of Last Resort"
All credit for this find goes to THINKerbelle who posted about this on MJA.
http://mjalive.forumwise.com/mjalive-thread574.html

The Court Of Last Resort
"The Court of Last Resort was founded by Erle Stanley Gardner in the 1950s. The team sought to reveal whether someone already found guilty might really be innocent. The show dramatized the original crime then followed the investigation. Actual cases were used "

The show was about a team of investigators visiting old cases in which people where found guilty and sent to
jail, to try and prove them innocent.
One of the episodes happened to be tittled "The Conrad Murray Case"
and the actor who played Conrad Murray was in a TV show called "Thriller"
and anouther one called "This Is It".
I don't know if this has to do with anything, but it sure is strange.

Flashback: Dr. Murray in Court

One item that hasn't been spoken about is how Dr. Murray is due back in court on Monday, 1/4/2010 for a follow up hearing on the child support case. Of course, here at the SeeingClues blog, it is not forgotten. :)

Will it happen? According to the end of this classic video containing the infamous funny money and the shot of the garbage, Dr. Murray's lawyer said, "He'll be here!" when the judge asked if he would be in court on 1/4.

We'll see if this happens or somehow disappears into thin air....

An interesting observation was included in a YouTube video by alwaysbelieveMJ, who noticed that the lawyer for Dr. Murray's child's mother attended the "private" funeral! The oddities continue on and on...

UPDATE 1/4: Judge tells Murray, see you in July!
