In this recent TMZ clip, we see Dr. Murray entering a building in Las Vegas, which has a "6725-3" in the street address. None of the previous addresses we have had for him featured the "6725-3".
So upon further research, there is a doctor's office in Las Vegas with that number in the address. And by strange coincidence, it is called "Family First":

ReplyDeleteDr. Evarista Nnadi is a board certifed family practice physician for 20 years in NV. She seems to have a speciality in ob/gyn. It is interesting that she would be share an office with a cardiologist. She does have not sanctions aganist her. In her 20 years of practice, I could find only one patient rating, dated June 26, 2009. She has no medical sanctions aganist her.
ReplyDeleteI called the office and the woman who answered did not identify herself or the office called upon answering , but did she admit it was Dr. Nnadi's office. The website to her office is not working. I couldn't find anything else.
