This has been debated at great length.. Michael would not have been so careless. There is just no way he would have sat up on that stretcher while being wheeled through one of the hospital's main entrances. Not unless he WANTED to be seen.x
Like the guy behind the ambulance picture slipped and said they wre filming the next day. They might have gone back and done that emergency entrance shot when there was hardly anyone present.
